EXHAUST AND FRESH AIR LOUVER
Details
The exhaust and fresh air louver are used for both internal and external. External louver is a weather proof external cover for air inlets and discharge openings, suitable for most external walls and screening application. The external louver is composed of a set of horizontally mounted fixed blades that are made of extruded aluminum or steel and inclined downward to protect against rain water. Fresh air louver is suitable for the use in air inlet of fresh air ducts and air handling units.

DOUBLE DEFLECTION GRILLE / REGISTER
Details
Double deflection supply air grilles include two set of adjustable deflection vanes providing air pattern control in both horizontal and vertical planes. These grilles are primary used in high sidewall application where their high capacity and long throw capability enables them to provide air distribution across large open rooms, such a supermarket, warehouse, factories, etc. Performance can be customized to suit most space requirements due to an extensive size range and multi-plane adjustment. Grilles are available with 10mm, 20mm and 40mm vane spacing and have a flat surface mounting frame.

- The opposed blades volume damper (OBVD) is extruded aluminum.

LINEAR BAR GRILLE
Details
Fixed deflection linear bar type supply or return air diffuser/grille suitable for ceiling, sidewall, sill or floor mounting. Standard manufacture is with closed end sections. Continuous (butt-joined) lengths and mitered corners are available for special installation
Design
- Grille bars are fixed at 12mm centres and are mechanically bonded to support mullions and frames. Floor mounting grilles have additional mullions fitted.

1. Minimum nominal (hole) size : 200mm x 50mm
2. Maximum nominal (hole) size : 2400mm x 250mm
3. Standard size increment : 50mm x 25mm
- For non-standard finish size increments - refer factory. Maximum single piece length 2.4m. Longer diffusers/grilles are butt-joined. When ordering, specify nominal width followed by nominal height : e.g. 500mm wide x 200mm high.

Model BDD is a standard performance gravity operated backdraft damper for use in light to medium duty commercial HVAC applications. Backdraft dampers are used in systems to pass airflow in one direction and prevent to airflow in the opposite direction. Corrosion-resistant extruded aluminum construction highlights the model’s features which include a reinforced mitered corner frame that resists racking and aerodynamic blades that overlap the jambs for maximum weather protection. Extruded PVC blade seals provide quiet closure as well as weather protection.

- The fixed blade return air grilles are manufactured from high grade aluminum extruded bars.
- Insulating gasket (optional) is fixed around the back of the frame to prevent infiltration between the frame to the wall.
- The fixed blade return air grilles are used in cooling, heating and air ventilation.
- Available with easily removable opposed blade damper, attached to the frame. The damper is easily adjusted by means of control level that is driven by a screw driver from the front face.

Round Ceiling Diffusers
Details
- Round diffusers are designed to provide supply or return air at acceptable sound level, pressure drops and uniform radial discharge in supply air application.
- The round diffusers are constructed from high quality aluminum sheet thickness about 1.25 mm.
- Insulating gasket (optional) is fixed around the back of the frame to prevent infiltration between the frame to the wall.
- Inner cores are fixed rigidly with the frame.
- Gasket is sealed around the back of the frame to avoid air leakage.
- Butterfly damper is fixed with the frame by rivet. (standard)
